question of the week 6

One simulation that we have is the Wii and it is a really popular game system. You are able to pretend like you are bowling or playing baseball. And you are not just sitting down the whole time you have to b standing up and moving around to be able to win. Another thing is like a traffic school online and you pretend that you are driving on the rode with a video game steering wheel. I think alot of people can get stuck in the virtual world and not want to live in the real world. Like they have a better time in there because they can pick who the want to be and they dont have to be someone they dont want to. I think that it would be really cool to be able to go into a virtual world. Because we can do things like live longer than we do in real life or not grow old. The one thing that is good about the Wii is that you can play many games and make your self. like in the movie the Matrix he lived in a virtual world and he had to pick a certain pill to get there. i think that they should make more movies like that because they are really interesting. and they make people wonder what technology can do.

question of the week 4

One way i see technology helping the disabled is by making things easier for them so they dont always need help. Also like something that will help take their medication if they need to take any. it would help them remember or it would like give them water so they dont have to reach and get a cup from the cabinet. also if they could use the technology to help get rid of certain diseases that are really hard to get rid of and they can just like suck the sickness or disableness out. one thing that i would invent is something that would help handicapped people walk again because i know that they wish they could walk or so things that they used to be able to do. Also i would invent something for the injured veterans that come back for war and they dont have a leg or an arm. i would make something that would help them better than the synthetic legs or arms because those are really hard to use once they get them. One thing that i would do is make life really easy for them and so they dont feel out of place. Another thing that i would do is make people who are really disbaled have robots help them with things around the house. Or i would make sure that the robots helped them with things they couldnt do like cook or clean. i think that the whole world would be a better place with that kind of stuff

question of the week 5

One way that i would protect my id is by making sure that i know the web site and i know people who used the site and to make sure its not a fake. Also i would try not to sign up for alot of things on the internet i would rather sign up for thing in person. one bad thing about downloading things like that is that you don't know what is attached to the things you will download. Like songs from limewire some people will attach a virus to the song and when you play it the virus will get onto your computer. Thats why when i download stuff i make sure that it is virus free and doens have anything attached to it. Not all free programs are good because yoiu never know what else you may have to do to get the free program. thats why its always find one that isnt free so you know exactly what you are getting. One thing that you can do is make sure that you knwo who you are dowloading from and its not just some stranger. It would really suck if someone gave you a virus or took your identity from a program on the conmputer.

question of the week 3

i think that it would be really cool to be able vote with a computer. Becuase you would use less paper and wouldnt have to cut down trees to vote. But the bad thing about that is that people might hack into the computers or the computers could crash and no one would know there votes it wouldnt be fair if people voted and someone won that shouldnt have. A good way to prevent people frrom hacking the system would be to have a really good firewall and a good hacking system so people cant get into it. also having this type of system i think that i would be more accurate. and votes wont have to get recounted because of hanging chads. Also sinc ethe technoligally is getting better we should be able to make sometthing that is computer like. SO we dont hvae to use any paper.
